Mind Garden York offers wellbeing walks to local community
York residents are encouraged to grab their walking boots and throw on yellow for the first Wellbeing Wallk held by Mind Garden York. The event will be held on Friday 9th October to co-inside with World Mental Health Day on Saturday. After the recent government guidelines, the number of participants for the
