North Yorkshire Police has appealed for any information regarding the theft of a men’s mountain bike.

The stolen bike is described as a ‘men’s Trek Roscoe 8 Hardtail Mountain Bike’ in an olive green/black colour with red decals.

It has been fitted with red and blue handlebar grips, a ‘Fox’ front mudguard, a specialised rear tyre and a black bottle holder.

The theft occurred on Windsor Drive, York, where the bike was taken from a driveway at 4:45pm on Saturday 19th April.

Police are asking anyone who has any knowledge of the theft, has been offered the bike for sale, or has Dashcam / CCTV footage of the bike being taken to please email ben.robinson-brockhill@northyorkshire.police.uk as soon as possible.

There’s also the option to call North Yorkshire Police on 101 and ask to speak to PC Ben Robinson-Brockhill.
