The Bookworm’s Guide to York

Waterstones York

Bookworms are always on the look out for great reads and York is a brilliant place to go searching.

Whether you’re snuggled under a blanket during winter or under the shade of a tree in summer, books are all-year-round enjoyment.

York is lucky enough to have a Waterstones at 15 Coney Street, which is within easy reach of local York bookworms.

But what about those who are more financially limited, on a budget or craving a rare read?

Waterstones has a brilliant range of books from classic literature, fantasy, romance and books that can expand our knowledge.

However, not everyone is able to fit a Waterstones trip into their budgets.

So here are some more affordable bookstore options.

However, they have an incredible selection of other print media, including manga, graphic novels and comic books.
