York police are searching for a missing 45-year-old Louis Doherty. He was last seen on the 12th May at two o’clock in the morning in Chapfields York.

Since his last known appearance, the police of North Yorkshire have been looking for him. His family members and close friends have been unable to contact him.

He may seem to be paranoid, lost or confused, police ask the public to spot him and report his whereabouts but do not approach him for their own safety.

As his friends and family grow increasingly concerned for his wellbeing and whereabouts, York police ask anyone to come forward with any information that could help us get closer to finding Louis.

He is described to be a white man, with dark brown hair, Six foot three inches tall with brown eyes. He could potentially be wearing a grey jumper and grey bottoms. Presumed to be in either York or Durham.

The public is advised that if they see this missing man, please call 999 and report where his whereabouts are. If you have not found him but do have additional information on his whereabouts, please call 101 and press 1 to talk to their control room.
