York City welcome defender Danny Amos from Grimsby Town for the rest of the season.
Danny Amos will spend the remainder of 2023/2024 season with The Minstermen after signing on loan from League Two side Grimsby Town.

At youth level, Amos made eight appearances for Northern Ireland U19s and U21s and scored on his debut against Poland in 2017.

Hartlepool United was next on the agenda for Amos, singing for the club in 2019 which added seven National League appearances under his belt whilst spending time with The Poolies.

Departing Doncaster Rovers in 2021, Sheffield born Amos made 14 appearances for the club then moved on to a short career at Port Vale after having an impressive trial which then led to three appearances in the EFL Trophy.

The 24 year old has bagged two assists in 11 matches so far this season at Grimsby Town across National League and League Two. Danny signed for the club in January 2022 and during this time, he made 66 appearances.
