York Gins history
A group of friends came together in 2016 with the same idea and created ‘York Gin’. The distillery is the only one in York it is created with vapour distillation which is a very traditional method.
The distillery runs of 100% green electricity with 100% of paper, cardboard, plastic and glass being recycled. Even using an electric van for travel and deliveries.
They make five commercial gins including their London Dry, two of which are recognised as been among the best in the world and have won awards.
